G2000 MEMBERSHIP RULES
1. G2000 Membership
Welcome! The rules, the terms and conditions contained herein and referred hereto as may be varied, amended and updated from time to time (collectively, “Membership Rules”) are to expressly set out the rules of application and registration as member (“Member”/“Members”) under the G2000 Rewards Program offered by G 2000 (Apparel) Limited and/or any other companies under the G2000 Group (collectively, “G2000 “, “we”, “our” or “us”), and the rights and obligations of G2000 and the Members on the post-registration stage, including but not limited to the use of Membership services provided by G2000, provision of Membership offers and G2000 product information, redemption of Membership points (“Points”) and e-vouchers or e-coupons and the transaction record management, which are more particularly stipulated in Clause 2 hereof (“Membership Services”)
Before you register for G2000 Membership, please read the Membership Rules carefully by clicking the “Read and Agreed” button to the Membership Rules when registering for G2000 Membership, you have fully read, understood and accepted the Membership Rules in all aspects. If you do not agree with any of the Membership Rules, please stop registering for G2000 Membership immediately.
2. Membership Services
2.1 You are required to successfully complete the Membership registration process before joining the Membership and enjoying the Membership Services. For the avoidance of doubt, only one mobile phone number and email address (if any) can be bound to each Membership account, each Membership account can only be registered with one mobile phone number and email address (if any). Member’s registered mobile phone number must be used and verified upon each subsequent log in. Any subsequent request for the change of the Member’s registered mobile phone number shall be treated as a new Membership application. In this case, any remaining balance of Points, unexpired offers, e-vouchers and/or e-coupons as may be contained in the original Membership account shall in no event be transferred to the new Membership account unless with successful verification of the Member’s email address registered under the original Membership account to be conducted by G2000’s staff and the Member shall have no objection thereto nor shall the Member have any right to claim against G2000 for compensation or damages whatsoever.
2.2 After you have registered as a Member, you are eligible to earn Points when you use your registered mobile phone number to log in to your Membership account and provide your Membership QR code to G2000’s staff before making payment for purchasing G2000’s specified product(s) (collectively, “G2000 product(s)”) in any G2000 physical retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau as listed out on G2000 Hong Kong official online store (if any) at https://www.g2000.com.hk, the Membership webpages and any other website(s) as may be provided by G2000 from time to time and accessible by the Members and/or the public via any electronic terminal or mobile apps (collectively, “G2000 Official Website”) (but exclusive of any Outlet (“Outlets”) as specified thereon and as may be updated or amended from time to time without prior notice) (collectively, “Designated Shops”). Members will be offered with Membership e-vouchers or e-coupons in accordance with the Membership Rules. Members can use these e-vouchers or e-coupons (if unexpired and valid) to purchase G2000 product(s) at the Designated Shops to enjoy Membership discounts, subject to the terms and conditions (if any) of such e-vouchers or e-coupons. When using the Membership e-vouchers or e-coupons, Members must comply with the terms (if any) stated therein and the Membership Rules. Some of the products or services as may be designated by G2000 from time to time cannot be purchased or subscribed by using e-vouchers or e-coupons.
2.3 Earning of Points, Member offers and e-vouchers or e-coupons redemptions are not applicable and cannot be used in all Outlets and on G2000 Official website and any other e-commerce platforms or e-shops.
3. Amendments and Effectiveness of the Membership Rules
3.1 The Membership Rules shall apply to you once you have submitted the Membership application.
3.2 G2000 may amend the Membership Rules from time to time as may be required by the applicable laws and regulations and for maintaining transaction records, and updating Rewards Program and Membership Services and any other lawful purposes. The latest amended version of the Membership Rules shall be notified by G2000 to the Members by way of publishing on G2000 Official Website, sending emails, letters, SMS and/or WhatsApp.
3.3 Please read the Membership Rules published on G2000 Official Website from time to time to keep yourself updated of the latest version thereof in a timely manner. If you continue to use the Membership Services after G2000’s publishment of the latest amended Membership Rules, you will be deemed to have fully accepted those Membership Rules.
3.4 By registering as a Member or using Membership Services (if registered) via G2000 Official Website, you also agree to comply with all provisions of G2000 Official Website and the Membership Rules.
4. Membership Registration
4.2 Membership is personal to you and shall not be transferred, assigned, exchanged, sold, leased or inherited to any other person at any time and shall not be used for any purposes other than those contained herein. Members shall be wholly liable for any consequences arising from his/her breach of this Clause 4.2. You are the only person who can accumulate Points, or redeem Points in return for G2000 products, services, discounts, gifts, e-vouchers or e-coupons, or receive any other benefits or offers in connection with your Membership.
4.3 G2000 may at any time review the genuineness of the information provided by you for your Membership registration in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and may log you out or terminate your Membership based on the review results, reserve all rights to recover from you any losses and damages at G2000’s absolute discretion.
5. Term of Membership Account
5.1 Membership account once registered, shall be valid until termination in accordance with the Membership Rules.
6. Membership Points and Use and Limitations of e-vouchers or e-coupons
6.1 Membership Points
6.1.1 Except the situation provided in Clause 6.1.4 below, upon successful registration as a Member, Member can use his/her registered mobile phone number to go through the instant SMS verification process and log in to his/her Membership account and provide his/her Membership QR code to G2000’s staff before making payment for the purchase of G2000 product(s) at any Designated Shops, and the net purchase price actually paid by the Member for the G2000 product(s) will be counted as Points (i.e. $1 = 1 Point) provided that any decimal place (i.e. less than $1) of the total amount of actual payment will not be counted as Point. The Points will be generated and become effective on the 14th day from the immediately following date of the date of purchase of G2000 product(s) and completion of payment by the Member PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT no Point will be generated (if generated, Points will be cancelled) if the G2000 product(s) is/are purchased by using any credit note(s) issued by G2000 based on the return of G2000 product(s) by the Member for exchange of G2000 product(s) in accordance with provisions of G2000’s Sales Memo and Merchandise Exchange Policy. For example, if a Member has a net purchase of $828.5 in any Designated Shops and shall not apply for a return of the said product(s) for exchange of G2000 product(s) in accordance with provisions of G2000’s Sales Memo and Merchandise Exchange Policy, that Member will earn 828 Points on the 14th day from the immediately following date of the date of such purchase. The remaining sum of $0.5 shall not be retained and carried over to the next purchase. No Point shall be generated (if generated, Points shall be cancelled) if the G2000 product(s) is/are purchased by using the said credit notes, but the original net purchase amount paid by the Member for the said returned product(s) will be counted towards the Points.
6.1.2 Cash discounts or Points deducted by e-vouchers and e-coupons will not be counted towards the Points.
6.1.3 After the effectiveness of the Points generated as set forth in Clause 6.1.1, Members can check his/her Point balance after logging in to the Membership account on G2000 Official Website.
6.1.4 Notwithstanding anything contained in the provisions of clause 6.1.1 hereof to the contrary, no Point will be generated in any of the following scenarios:
126.96.36.199 Points cannot be exchanged for cash, redeemed for other Points or product(s) or service(s), including the purchase of gift voucher(s), e-voucher(s), cash voucher(s) or gift card(s), payment of deposit or any kind of service charges as well as shopping bag charges, or repaid or purchased, no change shall be given;
188.8.131.52 Purchase not made at any Designated Shops;
184.108.40.206 Any spending amount made at any Designated Shops before registering as a Member;
220.127.116.11 If Members fail to provide their Membership QR code to G2000’s staff before making payment upon purchase of G2000 product(s) at any Designated Shops; Any subsequent claims or requests for Points made after the respective purchases shall not be entertained;
18.104.22.168 Complimentary gifts, giveaways for promotion events, gifts with purchase and products bearing any third party’s brand and any other products for which they are expressed to be excluded from time to time by G2000 at its sole discretion for generating Points;
22.214.171.124 Product delivery charges or service charges of alteration of clothing;
126.96.36.199 G2000 product(s) purchased with staff discounts; and
188.8.131.52 All products as may be purchased from G2000 by the Member are for his/her personal consumption only. If Member is found reselling or disposing or otherwise distributing G2000 product(s) so purchased via any physical or online channels in Hong Kong or elsewhere, G2000 shall have the right to deduct or adjust the Points which have already been generated and/or terminate his/her Membership at G2000’s sole discretion.
6.1.5 If the Member has dishonest or illegal transactional behaviour, G2000 has the right to cancel the transaction, deduct or adjust the Points, or restrict Member from acquiring Points and/or terminate his/her Membership registration. Any deny of the existence of the said behaviour shall be done by raising objection in writing and submitting any evidence in support thereof to G2000 within 14 days after G2000 shall have taken the said measures as it may deem it appropriate. G2000 will inform such Member about the investigation result within 14 working days upon receipt of the said objection and supporting evidence. If the Member fails to raise objection within 14 days from the date of G2000’s notice of its investigation result, the Member shall be deemed to have accepted the result.
6.1.6 No Point may be transferred, assigned, leased, sold, inherited or gifted to other Member or any third party.
6.1.7 G2000 may change the rules of earning Points and/or organize other Membership activities so as to enable the Members to earn additional Points from time to time as G2000 may deem it appropriate. G2000 will update the latest rules of earning Points through G2000 Official Website and/or Designated Shops to notify Members of the same. If you continue to use the Membership Services after the update of the said rules, you will be deemed to have fully accepted such updated rules.
6.1.8 Points shall be counted and accumulated within each calendar year, i.e. from 1 January to 31 December of the same year (both dates inclusive). The earned and unused Points will be expired on 31 December of the next year and will be automatically invalidated and reset to zero thereafter. For example, Points earned on 8 January 2023 and unused will be accumulated up to and inclusive of 31 December 2023 and expired on 31 December 2024. The expired Points will be automatically invalidated and reset to zero on 1 January 2025, provided that the validity of any unexpired and unused Points earned in 2024 shall not be affected. You shall have no objection thereto nor shall you have any right to claim against G2000 for compensation or damages whatsoever.
6.1.9 G2000 shall be entitled to cancel or deduct Points that are credited to any of the Members by error without any prior notice.
6.1.10 Members can check their latest Point balance by logging in the Membership account on G2000 Official Website, provided that all records of Point history in the G2000 database should prevail, final and conclusive, Members agree that G2000 shall not be responsible for any loss or damage as may be caused to the Members thereby.
6.1.11 Members further agree that G2000 shall not be responsible for any network or system malfunctioning, blocking by third-party application programs or reception of phone calls or any other situation non-attributable to G2000 that lead to delay, loss, mistake of or unidentifiable information transfer.
6.2 Redeeming Rewards
6.2.1 You can use the Points granted to your G2000 Membership account so as to redeem Rewards offered by G2000. The number of Points required for redeeming each Reward will be specified by G2000 from time to time at its sole discretion. Points required for each available Reward will be announced via G2000 Official Website.
6.2.2 If any individual registered as a Member in his/her month of birth, no Birthday gift e-voucher(s) or e-coupon(s) will be offered to him/her for that year. For example, if a Member born in August has registered his or her Membership in August 2022, he or she will be entitled to the annual one-off Birthday gift reward in every August starting from August 2023.
6.2.3 You have to register as a Member through G2000 Official Website by completing the registration process as set forth in the Membership Rules. You must log into your Membership account at G2000 Official Website for redeeming a Reward (if any).
6.2.4 The redemption and usage of any Rewards are subject to specific terms and conditions (if any) to be posted on your Membership account.
6.2.5 The Rewards redeemable by you under your Membership account shall be specified, granted, varied or cancelled from time to time at G2000’s sole discretion and you shall have no objection thereto nor shall you have any right to claim against G2000 for compensation or damages whatsoever.
6.3 Usage of Rewarded e-vouchers or e-coupons
6.3.1 You can redeem any unexpired and unused Points for the respective e-voucher(s) in accordance with the relevant rules via the logging in to your Membership account. Corresponding Points will be deducted from the Membership account upon redemption and the redeemed e-vouchers will be shown accordingly. No cancellation, return or exchange of Rewards for cash or any products or services is allowed.
6.3.2 You are required to use the redeemed e-vouchers or e-coupons at Designated Shops within G2000’s specified period, failing which the redeemed e-vouchers or e-coupons will be forfeited automatically, no re-issuance or validation of the forfeited e-vouchers or e-coupons or refund of Points or Rewards is allowed.
6.3.3 You can use e-vouchers or e-coupons at any Designated Shops only, excluding Outlets, G2000 Official Website or any other e-commerce platforms or e-shops.
6.3.4 Use of e-vouchers or e-coupons for payment of gift cards, vouchers, coupons, services of alteration of clothing, delivery charges, shopping bag charges or any other value-added services or products bearing any third party’s brand and any other G2000 product(s) for which they are expressed to be excluded from time to time by G2000 at its sole discretion is not allowed.
6.3.5 When using the e-vouchers or e-coupons, you should express to G2000’s staff your intention to use the e-vouchers or e-coupons for the payment, and log into the Membership account to present the QR code of e-vouchers or e-coupons to the staff before making payment for the purchase of G2000 product(s), failing which no e-voucher or e-coupon can be used in that transaction.
6.3.6 No e-voucher or e-coupon may be transferred, assigned, leased, sold, inherited or gifted to other Member or any third party.
6.3.7 e-vouchers or e-coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, redeemed for Points or repaid or refunded, and no change can be given.
6.3.8 e-vouchers or e-coupons have to be used within the validity period as specified by G2000. Upon expiry thereof, the e-vouchers or e-coupons will automatically be invalidated. Photocopy or damaged e-vouchers or e-coupons will not be accepted for payment.
6.3.10 If you purchase multiple items of G2000 products from any Designated Shops by using the e-vouchers or e-coupons, the amount discounted by e-vouchers or e-coupons will be allocated to each of the items to which such e-vouchers or e-coupons is applicable in proportion to their respective retail prices at the time of purchase. For full or partial return for exchange of one or more G2000 product(s) purchased with e-vouchers or e-coupons in accordance with provisions of G2000’s Sales Memo and Merchandise Exchange Policy, we will issue credit note(s) with the amount equal to the retail price of the returned product(s) at the time of purchase minus the e-vouchers or e-coupons discount amount allocated to such returned product(s) for the purchase of G2000 product(s). The used e-vouchers or e-coupons will in no event be returned to the Member or the Membership account, even during return.
6.4 In case of any dispute, the decision of G2000 shall be final.
7. Termination of Membership
7.1 G2000 shall be entitled to terminate the Membership of any Member immediately with a notice to that effect in any of the following events:
7.1.1 Information submitted for the Membership application is found to be inaccurate, false or misleading;
7.1.2 Wrongful accumulation of Points, or use of Membership Services for any purpose other than those set out hereunder;
7.1.3 Death or loss of civil capacity of the Member;
7.1.4 The Member disrupting activities of other Members, or using the personal data of other Members thereby causing damages to such other Members, or doing any other acts which infringe the rights of other Members.
7.1.5 Malicious falsehood, libel or other acts of defrauding, misappropriating or illegally possessing any Points or benefits of other Members.
7.1.6 The Member’s breach of any provisions of the Membership Rules, damage of public order and morals, or violation of any legal requirements.
7.2 Member may also apply for the termination of his/her Membership via email to ics@G2000.com.hk at any time. G2000 will then verify his/her identity, deregister his/her Membership account upon successful verification, and upon his/her request, remove his/her personal data from G2000’s system. At the same time, G2000 reserves the right to keep a backup of relevant information and records in G2000’s system in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, which may include his/her personal data.
7.3 All Points, e-vouchers, e-coupons and other rights and privileges pertaining to such Membership will immediately be invalidated with effect from the date of termination of Membership, which will in no event be restored even if the Member attempts to re-apply for the Membership.
7.4 G2000 reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes regarding termination of Membership.
8.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless of G2000 and other companies under the G2000 Group, and shareholders, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, joint operating partners, franchisees, wholesalers, contractors and suppliers of the aforesaid companies (collectively, “Designated Third Parties”) from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses or damages arising out of or in connection with your behaviours, your violation of the Membership Rules, your illegal acts or your infringement or aiding or abetting in infringement of rights of G2000 and/or other companies under the G2000 Group and the Designated Third Parties.
8.2 To the maximum extent as permitted by the laws:
8.2.1 G2000 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, penalized or consequential damages, whether arising out of tort, breach of contract or otherwise;
8.2.2 G2000 hereby declares that it has made no representation or warranty in respect of this Rewards Program; and
8.2.3 G2000 shall in no event be liable for any damages or losses to any Members in the absence of clear evidence proving G2000’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8.3 To the largest extent as permitted by the laws, G2000 shall not be liable for any claims, requests, liabilities or proceedings in connection with any omissions, negligence and/or failure to provide G2000 with the latest information by the Member, or the accuracy, genuineness or completeness of such information.
9. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
9.1 The Membership Rules and the transaction relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”). The parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
9.2 Each of the restrictions and provisions contained in the Membership Rules shall be construed as independent of every other such restriction and provision to the effect that if any provision of the Membership Rules or the application of any provision to any person or to any circumstances shall be determined to be invalid and unenforceable then such determination shall not affect any other provision of the Membership Rules or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance all of which other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Third Party Rights
No term of the Membership Rules is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) by a person who is not a party to this document.
In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of the Membership Rules, the former one shall prevail.
G2000 grants no protection to your Personal Data that may be exposed on any third parties’ sites as may be connected via the hyperlinks provided in G2000 Official Website.
How does G2000 collect the Personal Data?
G2000 may collect your Personal Data through G2000 Official Website when you register or receive various features or services as may be offered by G2000 through G2000 Official Website or participate in other social media activities, or from cookies (pls refer to “About Cookies” as separately contained), or via any of G2000’s physical stores in Hong Kong and Macau, whether in writing or verbal or by phone or email or facsimile, direct marketing, your application for G2000 Membership or employment or any other Personal Data as may be voluntarily provided from you to G2000 by any means whatsoever.
Why does G2000 collect the Personal Data?
In providing your Personal Data through any means as aforementioned, you consent to G2000’s process of the Personal Data for the following purposes (collectively, “Purposes”):
– To provide you with information related to our products, services, information in connection with retail shops, e-commerce platforms and/or e-shops, latest offers, sales promotion, upcoming events, discounts, Rewards program, direct marketing, questionnaires and to process G2000 Membership applications, products and service payments, to conduct researches, survey interviews, audits, reviews and analyses for G2000’s better understanding of your shopping experience with us, your preferences and for improving our products and services;
– To provide you with information related to G2000’s career opportunities, to communicate with job applicants, recruitment agencies (if any), banks and employees, to process job applications, to conduct researches and analyses for human resources management and daily operations;
– To handle and respond to your inquiries, suggestions and complaints; and
– To comply with applicable laws, proceedings or to respond to the inquiries from all relevant authorities.
Whom does G2000 disclose the Personal Data?
To fulfill the Purposes, G2000 may disclose or transfer your Personal Data to the following parties (collectively, “Receiving Parties”) located within or outside Hong Kong:
– Other companies under the G2000 Group;
– Any third-party service providers who have been duly authorised by G2000 on a need to know basis;
– Court of law, auditors, brokers, insurers, adjusters and/or consultants on a need-to-know basis; and/or
– Any other parties as may be permitted or requested by applicable laws, proceedings or relevant authorities.
How does G2000 transfer the Personal Data?
The Personal Data may be transferred to any of the Receiving Parties within or outside Hong Kong as necessary on a need-to-know basis to fulfill any of the Purposes but subject to the compliance of the applicable laws in Hong Kong, as may be amended from time to time.
How secure is the Personal Data?
G2000 shall take practicable steps to protect the Personal Data held by itself in a secured manner against unauthorised access or loss such as through restricting access to your Personal Data to G2000’s staff on a need-to-know and confidential basis, secured servers and encryption technology such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts the information you input voluntarily via G2000 Official Website, etc..
How about the Retention of the Personal Data, Access, Update and Opt-Out Mechanisms?
Unless as otherwise stipulated in any applicable laws in Hong Kong, your Personal Data will only be retained for as long as is necessary to fulfill the Purposes (as defined hereinabove).

In case of conflict between the English and Chinese versions of this Policy, the former one will prevail.
